I ordered the Big Berkey from Berkeyfilters.com about 6 months ago. Shipping was extremely fast and the setup was easy. I had a small difficulty when priming the filter with the priming button, but called their customer service and they walked me through using the blue primer, which made the process a breeze! We have a strong smell of chlorine in our tap water and since switching to Berkey that is nonexistent and the water even has a slightly sweeter taste. So far the experience for us has been great and I am glad me and my family do not have to drink tap water or buy bottled water anymore!

I purchased a travel berkey a month ago. Had my tap water tested and filtered water tested. The FILTERED water showed double the aluminum my tap did. So not only does it not remove aluminum, it doubles it and their product is leaching. And when you contact customer service they ignore you or don't validate your concerns. Don't just buy a dream they're selling. Test your water and when it fails enjoy paying almost 40% in penalties.

I'm out over 1k! I actually had my water tested at an EPA approved lab and spent $350 per test plus the equipment and filters. Now I'm out almost 20-40% in penalties. The thing is they have these lab results you read that are tested at a lab that is not EPA APPROVED and you have to ask yourself where they're getting their water from that it tests "so well."

You don't see any reviews of them online it's all bloggers bragging possibly for sponsorship but if you pay close attention to their website and Facebook you'll notice their customer service and complaints.
